Thank you for your interest in the African American Mutual Assistance Network, Inc-(AAMAN). AAMAN was Founded on May 15, 2003, in Minnesota by Mr. Cecil Adams, Jr. and by Mrs. Valjean J. Adams and received its Certificate of Incorporation on April 5, 2006, and received its IRS 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt status in June 2006.

In 2005 AAMAN laid the foundation for the first combined La Crosse, WI and Winona, MN Martian Luther King Junior Celebrations and the area's first White Privilege Workshops. AAMAN was one of the first stakeholders to assist with the establishment of The Greater La Crosse Area Diversity Council, La Crosse Area Family Collaborative, and the first Juneteenth Citywide Celebrations.

AAMAN's Mission is to increase partnerships between the African American Mutual Assistance Network-(AAMAN) and US communities to address issues of diversity and inclusion affecting our Nation’s future. Advise AAMAN on ways to address diversity and inclusion issues; and provide key external support for AAMAN's 2020FWD Strategic Framework, which promotes diversity and inclusion to reinvigorate the US’s economy and enhance the quality of life for all its citizens. Provide educational resources to children and young adults in order to realize the possibility of a successful and productive life. Develop employment and educational opportunities for low-income families while inspiring children to learn, adults to teach and communities to move forward together.

We believe the quality of the investment we make in our youth and their families will help to positively shape their future. All of these individuals represent the promise of accomplishing great things and deserve every opportunity to fulfill that promise without restrictions.....AAMAN!

La Crosse is looking to keep older community members in the city by joining AARP's network of age-friendly communities.

There are more than 400 communities in the network across the country, and La Crosse is only the fifth in the state.

The mayor also announced the new initiative "Thriving Livable La Crosse." The program is led by 16 local steering committee members and five AARP leaders.

We Proudly Accept All Donated:
Vehicles, Boats,  Motorcycles, Planes, Snowmobiles, Jet Skis, RVs, and Real Estate.

Your car donation will make a difference!

During the year and especially when the tax year comes to an end… you’ll find our nationwide car donation program maximizes both the size of your charity contribution and the amount of your tax deduction. We achieve both goals by consistently providing the nation’s best payment percentage plan and negotiating the highest possible car sale prices. Our complete car donation program solution and total dedication to customer service ensure the best possible experience for our donors.

Our Donation Partners distributes the funds raised from the sale of your vehicle donation directly to AAMAN to help maintain and expand our Educational, Community, and Youth Programs. Our Donation Partners sells your donated cars through a national network of auction and salvage houses to ensure the maximum donation possible.

We have towing agents in all areas of the United States. If you are wanting to give back to the community, make a donation to a worthy cause, or ready to clean-up your yard, ally, storage, street or garage ASAP; then, donate your running, non-Running, junk, and salvage car, motorcycle, boat, truck, RV, jet ski, and or your snowmobile to AAMAN. In addition to auto donations, we accept donations of Real Estate.

You receive a tax deduction for your vehicle donation!

AAMAN is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit. The IRS allows vehicle donors to receive a tax deduction on their vehicles. Our national network of auction and salvage houses ensures you receive the highest possible tax deduction, based on market conditions and the condition of your donated vehicle running, non-Running, junk, and salvage car, motorcycle, boat, truck, RV, jet ski, and or your snowmobile or Real Estate.

Donating your car is a no-cost hassle-free way to get rid of your unwanted vehicle. When donating your automobile to AAMAN, you can avoid the anxiety and hassle of selling to a private party and dealing with used car salesmen in haggling over a trade-in. Donating your vehicle also avoids the potential repair costs of unused cars, boats or trucks, and with free door-to-door for all donors, our vehicle donors are never out of pocket when donating. We even can pick up your vehicle at the auto repair shop or by the side of the road!

The Process:

  • The donor wants to contribute a vehicle.
  • The donor contacts one of our 4 recommended Donation Partners:
