Cecil Adams, Jr. is the CEO and Founder of the African American Mutual Assistance Network, Inc-(AAMAN), a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization IRS Federal Tax Exempt No. 870722089. AAMAN aims to create an environment of cultural acceptance by eliminating "mere" cultural tolerances. Share cultural differences through open-honest dialogue by addressing racism and intolerance. Reduce poverty and build sustainable prosperity for low-income families. Provide educational literacy resources to children and young adults to realize the possibility of a successful and productive life. Develop employment and educational opportunities for low-income families while inspiring children to learn, adults to teach and communities to move forward together. From 2003-2005, AAMAN was based in Winona Minnesota From 2005 to present, AAMAN is based in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Ethnic Diversity is an ongoing effort, not just one topic among many for Cecil Adams. His ability to transform multifaceted ethnic diversity and inclusion concepts into understanding and acceptance has enabled Cecil to help organizations intentionally create and sustain inclusive workplace ethnic diversity. Whether through keynotes, workshops, or organizational consulting, Cecil partners with clients to help them build effective relationships that leverage ethnic diversity to increase inclusion, acceptance, innovation, employee engagement, customer satisfaction and bottom-line results.

Cecil understands that Ethnocentrism, Racism and Institutional Racism are delicate subjects to address. Therefore, Cecil addresses these topics in his Workshop in a non-threatening manner that creates enlightenment, better understanding and increases acceptance of ethnic diversity. The Workshop is 1 and-a-half hours, allowing for a 10-minute recess and a lot of time for interaction and questions. Cecil's Workshop is not a lecture! The cost is $300.00 for local Workshops within 50 miles of La Crosse, Wisconsin. Costs for extended locations; for example, Madison, Wisconsin, is $500.00.
